  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Beat sugar and oil util blended.
  3. Add egg and stir in pumpkin.
  4. Mix all dry ingredients together in a separate bowl.
  5. Add dry ingredient mixture to the wet mixture.
  6. Grease and flour2 loaf pans.
  7. Bake for 1 hour.
