    I got this recipe in one of my e-mails. It is apparently "low fat". I can tell you that it's very good and easy to make. We had it for our "treat of the week". I am sure it would really be amazing topped with chocolate icing.

    Directions:

      Preheat oven to 350* (325* if using non-stick or glass pan).

      Beat the brownie mix, pumpkin and egg until smooth. Pour into greased 8" x 8" pan.

      Combine the cream cheese, 1/4 cup pumpkin, sugar, cinnamon and ginger, creaming until smooth.

      Drop on batter & swirl through.

      Bake 25-30 minutes.
