This cake is absolutely FANTASTIC. Was looking for something other than Pumpkin pie & this serves the bill. I too made it in 8 x 8 baking dish & it came out great. Thank you so much for sharing it with us all!

Oh boy, this is really good! Not overly sweet, and nice and spicy. You could even add a dash of cloves and nutmeg to spice it up a bit more. Makes up perfectly in a square brownie pan.

This was a big hit at a party! It was moist and tasty and not overly sweet. Definitely a favourite!!

Loved it! I added a bit of pumpkin spice to the recipe just because I love the flavor, but this recipe turned out moist and delicious. Thanks!
