My dear buddy gave me this recipe. So yummy. Pumpkin pie without the crust,and delicious!
Make and share this Pumpkin Squares from Maureen Ambrico recipe from Food.com.
- Preheat oven to 450.
- Grease 9x 13 pan.
- Beat everything together.
- Pour into pan.
- Bake 30-35 minutes until center tests clean with knife or toothpick.
I made it this afternoon. I have one word for it...delicious.
I don't like making pie crust,and I love pumpkin pie.so this was good.However,it needed more of the spices...next time I make it,I will add more of the regular pumkin pie spices ie:ginger,cloves and cinnamon,etc.
These pumpkin squares turned out great. I've never made anything like this before, especially without any crust. I wasn't sure how they would turn out. But they did. I cut them into smaller pieces so I would have more to serve at a birthday celebration at work. They were gone so fast, I didn't get any for myself. These were definitely a keeper.
