ingredients
- 1 (29 ounce) can pumpkin
- 2 1⁄2 cups evaporated milk
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1⁄2 cup margarine, melted
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1⁄2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄4 teaspoon baking soda
directions
- Preheat oven to 450.
- Grease 9x 13 pan.
- Beat everything together.
- Pour into pan.
- Bake 30-35 minutes until center tests clean with knife or toothpick.

These pumpkin squares turned out great. I've never made anything like this before, especially without any crust. I wasn't sure how they would turn out. But they did. I cut them into smaller pieces so I would have more to serve at a birthday celebration at work. They were gone so fast, I didn't get any for myself. These were definitely a keeper.
