Pumpkin Squares

"A SUPER easy recipe that is moist and tasty. Don't shy away from the miracle whip, it makes the cake really moist, without imparting any flavor."

  1. This is good, though not what I expected. It baked up like a cake and I guess the name had me thinking it would be more a dessert bar type of treat. Regardless, it's tasty. I'm eating it right now, warm from the oven, with whipped topping instead of frosting. I baked this in a 9x13 pan for 27 minutes - perfect. BTW, you really cannot taste the Miracle Whip.

  2. This is the best thing since sliced bread. What a great dessert, and quick to make when unexpected company shows up! I served it with a scoop of ice cream.
