Energize your morning with this pumpkin breakfast. This Pumpkin Spice smoothie bowl is topped with chia, hemp and pumpkin seeds and pecans.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 cup organic pumpkin puree
  • 13 cup oats
  • 13 cup cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons dried coconut milk (you can also use your favorite protein powder, or shredded coconut)
  • 1 tablespoon all natural almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup (or to taste)
  • 12 teaspoon cinnamon (or to taste)
  • 14 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (or to taste)
  • 1 cup ice
  • pecans, raw pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds and chia seeds to taste as a topping

Directions

  1. Combine all the ingredients, except ice, in a high power blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add ice and continue blending until you get a smoothie like consistency.
  3. Pour into a bowl, top with pecans, pumpkin seeds, chia and hemp.
