So easy to mix together and they baked up beautifully. A nice complimentary flavor. I used muffin liners with my batch.

This is so easy & yummy that I almost never have any left the next day! These freeze very well, too. I like to put cream cheese frosting on top after they've cooled. YUM!!!

The muffins turned out great! Super easy and tasty! Made just as written and I ended up with about 18 muffins with my batch. Freeze well. Thanks!

Made these exactly as written and we all loved them. We got 14 muffins that were moist and tasty! I froze some for future breakfasts.
