    Yummy pumpkin spices mixed with brown sugar,oats and cranberries baked until golden brown. Nice as a snack or as a yogurt topping. I found this receive at sprouts grocery.

    Ingredients:

    Directions:

      Preheat oven to 325.line baking sheet with parchment paper.

      In a large bowl combine, oats, and spices.
    3. 3
      In a medium size bowl, whisk brown sugar,pumpkin,applesauce, egg white and vanilla until smooth.

      Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients, spread in a single layer in prepared pan.

      Bake for 20minutes, turn granola over with a spatula,return to oven, bake another 15 minute Or until golden and crisp.

      Let cool, stir in cranberries and pepitas,brake up in small clumps.

      Store in an airtight container.
