I made this bread to give out for Christmas gifts. I made 20 mini loaves and this was loved by all! It was very moist and the taste was wonderful. It only took 40 minutes to cook because of the mini loaves. I froze them until it was time to give them out to teachers, friends, neighbors and family. Thanks for posting!

I'm a graduate student working on my thesis and a research associate, so I spend A LOT of time in the lab! This schedule means I don't have a lot of time to cook. Sometimes I'm in the lab by 6 am and I don't get home until 8 pm! I use this website to find a lot of fast, easy, and inexpensive make-ahead recipes that I can take to school and snack on throughout the week. This website is also great for posting recipes I've collected, so I don't have to remember where I wrote them down!
