This was a really nice, easy and simple soup to make. What I liked was the fact that the ingredients were ones most people have in their cupboards or fridge :)... I added a few tsps of sugar and a little bit of cream just to make it a bit more sweeter and creamier!

I made the soup for a group of people and it seemed to be a hit. It was fairly simple to make (even for a novice, like me!) as well. I would recommend giving this a try. My husband also put this soup over rice and chicken and it made a great sauce as well.

I made this for *Zaar World Tour III* - This was so easy to make and directions were very good. I used lactose free milk and left out the egg yolk otherwise I kept to the recipe. It was perfect for our winter evening and very yummy. Thank you kiwidutch… :)

Great pumpkin soup recipe..lovely and thick and the colour is amazing..I like the added nutmeg flavour..it was almost silklike in texture, I added the egg yolk..swirled a bit of cream on top and enjoyed a simple dinner..thanks for sharing.

This pumpkin soup is a very pretty yellow colour. Easy to make and went down nicely with all. Really enjoyed this recipe.
