  1. In blender, combine pumpkin, evaporated milk, orange juice, brown sugar, and, if desired, banana. Cover and blend until smooth.
  2. If desired, serve smoothies over ice cubes; sprinkle each serving with ground nutmeg and garnish with orange wedges threaded onto skewer.

I love pumpkin. It kinda taste like pumkin pie without the crust. It is very filling. But I don't put all the brown sugar in it.
