I will never try a recipe again that does not give sizes for the pan. I don't know if this is good or not, it overflowed into the bottom of the oven and I had to take it out and turn off or would have a fire.
I used my regular bread pan..maybe should have used two.

Made this recipe early this morning for a late day snack and it turned out beautifully. Made one large loaf. I increased cinnamon to 1 teaspoon, and added approx 1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice. I also decreased oil to 1/3 c and added a small single serve of no sugar added Applesauce.
Definitely be made often!

This is very good. I omitted the allspice due to allergy but increased the cinnamon and nutmeg. I also added 1 tsp of vanilla. It took an hour to bake and we were thrilled with the results. Thanks for a quickie and a keeper.

LOVE this pumpkin bread! I also use the vanilla variations for cranberry orange bread! It's AMAZING!!!
