Similar to a MissNezz recipe for pumpkin whip but without the dairy. This does not have to be frozen, it makes a nice pudding. It can be partially frozen in dessert cups and served as a sorbet.
- 1 (6 ounce) container non-fat vanilla yogurt
- sugar-free fat-free butterscotch pudding (4 servings)
- 1 1⁄2 cups water
- 1 cup pumpkin
- Mix all ingredients.
- Freeze in freezer pop trays of dixie cups with sticks inserted.
- Takes about 4 hours to freeze.
