Each serving is 3/4 Cup. This came from Thinner Times. I have not tried this, just posting for easy finding.
- 1 cup vanilla nonfat yogurt
- 1⁄2 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tablespoon pecans, chopped, plus 1 Teaspoon
- Combine well the first 4 ingredients in a bowl.
- Spoon into 2 chilled dessert dishes and sprinkle with the pecans. Serve.
