A tasty treat for any pumpkin lover
- 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin
- 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 cup biscuit mix
- 2 beaten eggs
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted (or margarine)
- 2 1⁄2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 2 tablespoons vanilla
- whipped topping (optional)
- In large bowl, combine first 8 ingredients.
- Transfer to a slow cooker, coated with nonstick cooking spray.
- Cook on LOW 6-7 hours.
- Serve with whipped topping if desired.
