Fabulous and easy to make! I don't wait until holidays to make pumpkin, my family loves it at anytime, I used 2%milk and regular instant vanilla pudding mix, taste similar to pumpkin pie only without the crust! thanks Kel...Kitten:)

What a fabulous guilt free dessert! Super easy to put together (My 4 year old did a lot of the work) and tasted great.

I love this recipe and I'm glad that I can still enjoy my desserts without all the calories and fat. I added alittle bit more pumpkin pie spice to make it taste more pie-like. I also use sugar free and fat free pudding.

This was just delicious and hit the spot after Thanksgiving dinner. I love being able to enjoy the traditional pumpkin without the heaviness and calories of a pie. The flavor isn't like the typical pie as the pudding mix definitely adds a nice lightness and vanilla flavor. I added about 3/4 cup of pumpkin as I love the flavor. Thanks!
