This was delicious and so easy. My husband thinks I'm super talented now! One note for others like me: pudding won't set with almond milk. I had to make a quick run to the store for another package of pudding and some regular milk. Almond milk will substitute into almost everything, but for whatever reason, it won't play nice with pudding. But once I got the real stuff, it was perfect.

If you love pumpkin, you'll love this simple pudding. I made a graham cracker crust and filled it with this pudding. Served it with a dollop of cool whip and it was a winner. My grandson was trying to lick the tray to his high chair-first time I ever saw him do this. It's that good!

We love this pudding! I added in cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves to get the pumpkin pie taste that I know and love. Thank you for the recipe!

I added a pinch of nutmeg and a couple sprinklings of cinnamon, and liked it. It was too bland for me/ I could really taste the vanilla pudding with the ingredients listed. It was delicious, though, I'll definitely make it again. It was perfect for my tight school schedule and limited on-hand ingredients.

I must have done something wrong. My pudding did not get firm? I guess that is the correct word I want to use? I know this recipe stated that you could serve immediately or chill. I def prefer my pudding chilled, and firm. I mean the flavor was good, of what I could taste right after just making. I do believe that pudding like other foods can take on a whole diff taste after "marinating" a while, but I think it was really hard for me to get the full experience without it getting firm. Would probably not make again.

This was amazing...delicious and by my calculation, one weight watcher point per serving. We were only three for dinner yesterday, so I ate the leftover for breakfast, and even though it was wonderful when freshly made, I think the flavour was even better after sitting twelve hours...seemed to mellow out. I made pumpkin pie spice from a recipe on this site, and used about 3/4 tsp of it.
