Found this recipe in Family Circle magazine. This would be great for the Holiday's.
- 473.18 ml milk
- 158.51 ml water
- 78.07 ml pumpkin puree
- 51.76 ml sugar
- 19.71 ml espresso powder
- 9.85 ml pumpkin pie spice
- 4.92 ml vanilla extract
- In a small saucepan, whisk together all ingredients and simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally for 10 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
If you love pumkin pie you will love this coffee! I used skim milk and 6 teaspoons of regular instant coffee instead of espresso powder and that worked out great for me. Definitely serve this to your guests for the holidays! Thanks hon for sharing! Made and reviewed for PAC 2009 - Fall.
This recipe is super easy and very good. I only used 2 teaspoons of sugar and thought it was just sweet enough. Thank you 4-H Mom, this was such a great way to start Fall!
Just like a hot pumpkin pie! Rich and flavorful. Another great use for that leftover pumpkin you might have!
