Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Add water as needed. Add cinnamon and ginger, as much as you want. You can add pumpkin pie spice instead of the cinnamon and ginger if you have it.

Stevia is a South American herb that has been used as a sweetener by the Guarani Indians of Paraguay for hundreds of years. Recipe called for 1 pack - I guessed at pack size at 1 gram after searching online for info.

I didn't know quite how to "rate" this because I used the idea of it changed it up and went off running in a couple of different directions with LOTS of delicious results...first off I intended to double it then all kinds of messed up whats what with the ounce thing...I ended up saying forkit and using a whole avocado, one small sweet potato and I think about 4 nice size carrots (but at that point I was taste tasting as I went...as you can and should with a raw food recipe which is why I like them and why "rating" is kinda out of place here...) -I digress:) anywho, I used dates to sweeten to taste and date water (yeah, skipped the stevia-I wasn't feeling it)...lots of spice cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, chili, S&P... YEAH, I had a ton of it :) {{a ton of YUM}}...I used some it in a raw pie with a nut crust and recipe#141643 as a topping and saved the rest to make smoothies (see recipe#192148 for an idea, 'cept i use raw HM nut milk) I really enjoyed this recipe and LOVED all the inspiration and creativity it led to -a perfect raw food treat! -thanks

This was easy and yummy. Because the question of ounces - are they liquid or weight or WHAT? - always confuses me, I just kind of estimated. Equal-ish parts of the orange stuff, a little less green stuff. And I used maple syrup instead of stevia. It was a nice, light treat. Thanks! Reviewed for Healthy Choices ABC Tag.
