This is the kids favorite for Thanksgiving. Great appetizer.
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 15 ounces pumpkin pie filling
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- apple, slices
- ginger snaps
- Beat all together with a mixer.
- Chill for 8 hours.
- Serve with apples & gingersnaps.
Now here's a dip I'll be making again, for sure! It's great, & it came together very nicely! I not only served it with some homemade ginger snaps, but also put out some sliced apples & my guests loved 'em both! Thanks for posting the recipe!
