Pumpkin Pie Cake

"This is a recipe I grew up with that is so simple and SO good! Basically a Pumpkin Pie Filling with a crust on top that tastes much better. Serve topped with whipped cream or ice cream."

  • Pre-Heat oven to 350°F.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together all filling ingredients until well combined.
  • Pour into buttered 9" x 13" baking Dish.
  • In a second bowl, cut butter into cake mix and rub between fingers until combined.
  • Sprinkle cake mixture over top of pie filling (some may in a bit and that's ok, but most should stay on top).
  • Bake at 350°F until knife comes out clean, about 55 minutes.
  • Cool and refrigerate.
