Made this in honor of the first day of fall! So easy! So yummy!
I just didn't like this cake. The pumpkin part was not sweet enough. If I were to make this again, I would add 1/2 cup more sugar to the filling. I was disappointed in this recipe.
I have been making this for years and is so delicious. If you like pumpkin pie, you will Love this! I like it better than pumpkin pie!
This is a very forgiving recipe. I've made it three times now, chaging the spices according to guests' tastes, and everyone has always loved it. I also regularly use egg substitute, Splenda and no fat evap milk - no one notices! It's a marvelous, easy, and thoroughly satisfying dessert.
This is so easy to mke and SOOO delicious. I once made it for a party at my sister-in-laws house. She had never had it before and started eating it when there was about 1/2 of the pan left...she loved it so much she finished it off! I lvoe, everyone who has tried it loves it. A great crowd pleaser!
I like this a lot - not as much as I like pumpkin pie, but still a lot.
