Another recipe from The Four Ingredient Cookbook. Enjoy!!
- 1 (16 ounce) can pumpkin
- 1 (12 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 unbaked pie shell
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Pour into pie shell.
- Bake 15 minutes at 425 degrees; then reduce heat and bake 35-40 minutes longer at 350 degrees.
I found this recipe ages ago and it is the ONLY pumkin pie recipe as far as I am concerned and thus far everyone who has tasted seems to agree. I like to add a bit of ginger and prefer fresh pumpkin over tinned, either way it's really the most delicious and needless to say 'as easy as pie'... Try it, you certainly won't regret it!!
