  • Beat eggs well.
  • Add the pumpkin, corn syrup, white and brown sugars, salt, vanilla, pecans and cinnamon and mix thoroughly.
  • Pour into pie shell and bake in a 425 degree oven for 5 minutes.
  • Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake another 50-55 minutes, or until knife inserted in center of pie comes out clean.
