I was looking for a recipe to use up the last of my Pecans and came across this in an old tattered recipe book
- 2 cups mashed cooked pumpkin
- 1 cup ground pecans
- 1 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and.
- Cook over low heat for 15 - 20 mins or until blended stirring frequently.
- Store covered in refrigerator for up to 2 months.
