- 473.18 ml unsweetened canned pumpkin
- 118.29 ml milk
- 177.44 177.44 ml Splenda granular or 177.44 ml Splenda sugar substitute, blend
- 118.29 ml baking mix, like Bisquick
- 29.58 ml butter or 29.58 ml margarine
- 12.32 ml pumpkin pie spice
- 9.85 ml vanilla
- 2 eggs or 118.29 ml egg substitute
- nutmeg
directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Combine first 8 ingredients. Mix together 2 minutes with a whisk.
- Spray 9" pie dish with cooking spray.
- Pour in pie filling. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees F.
- 6-8 Servings.
