These are delicious! I didn't have buttermilk so I mixed some lemon juice into skim milk to substitute. My family loved them as well. I'm sure you could make a bunch of them and freeze!

Outstanding! Light and fluffy which is mandatory, for me, for pancakes. The pumpkin and spice flavors were prominent but not overpowering, just perfect in my opinion.
These were pretty good. I think if I make them again (used the puree that was leftover from something else), I'll probably add more cinnamon or allspice.
These were great! I did add a full tsp. of cinnamon because we enjoy more spice. I also added a 1/4 tsp. nutmeg and scattered in a few butterscotch chips! Makin' these again soon!
These have a nice taste, but were a bit thin for us. I ended up adding about another 1/2 cup flour for a stiffer batter. Also, I'm looking for a more pronounced spice and pumpkin taste. These are a good start, but will be altering.
These were so good! I can't believe how much pumpkin flavor they had with just that little amount of pumpkin and spices. Wonderful change for a pancake breakfast. Thanks for sharing!
This is delicious enough to eat on its own! Very versatile, as I substituted sour milk for buttermilk, and used more pumpkin than called for.
