found this recipe online and wanted to put it in here to see the nutritional information and share. have not made it yet, but sounds good.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. cream sugar, applesauce, egg and pumpkin until light and fluffy.
  2. Stir in flour, oatmeal, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and milk until blended.
  3. Pour into 13x9in. greased pan. Baked 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cool in pan completely. Cut into bars. Makes 24.
