  1. Combine flour, soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and sugar. Mix well. Add nuts and chips and mix.
  2. Beat eggs slightly. Add pumpkin, salad oil and water. Mix well.
  3. Pour egg mixture all at once into flour mixture and blend until smooth.
  4. Spoon batter into 2 greased pans (10 1/4 x 3 5/8 x 2 5/8). Bake in a preheated 350- degree oven for about 1 hour.
