  1. Mix sugar, oil, eggs, salt, cinnamon, water and pumpkin until well blended.
  2. Add Flour, ginger, cloves, baking soda, vanilla, and nuts.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Bake in muffin cups at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
