Wowza Baking Addict (love the name btw) wonderful!!!!! I didn't have pumpkin pie spice so I did 1/2 a tsp of allspice and 2tsp cinnamon. I ended up adding 1/3 more bisquick after the first patch because of a density issue.... I may not have measured accurately in the beginning ;)<br/>Thanks so much for sharing this, now I am going to stalk some of your other recipes!
MMMMM..... These were delicious. I made these with the Pumpkin Maple Sauce included in Pumpkin Pancakes with Pumpkin Maple Sauce. I used this pancake recipe instead of that one because i love molasses and wanted that flavor in there too. Thanks for posting.
These were good, but a bit heavier than I prefer my pancakes to be. I should have known that the pumpkin would eliminate the fluffy pancake that I love. The flavor was excellent, though. The blend of molasses and pumpkin brought to mind my favorite gingerbread cake recipe. They were a change of pace for a fall breakfast, but just not what we wanted in a pancake.
This made a wonderful dessert. I made a simple syrup with vanilla so as not to hide the flavor of tje pancakes. I loved the combination od molasses and pumpkin.
