A spicy pumpkin glaze coats the tops of these soft, chewy cookies. Perfect for the kids' lunchboxes or after-school snacks, you might consider keeping a supply on hand in the freezer. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting it for a request.

Soft, yummy cookie with super delicious glaze! 10 minutes bake time is plenty. Even though the dough is soft the cookies don't spread out too much. These are great!

At first I wasn't to fond of these cookies, but after adding the pumpkin glaze they were much better. I also found that I only had to cook them for 10 minutes. Made for New Kids on the Block 2009.
