ingredients
- 78.78 ml pumpkin puree
- 14.79 ml brown sugar
- 4.92 ml pumpkin pie spice
- 2 large scoop vanilla ice cream
- 6-8 broken gingersnap cookies
- 59.14 ml milk
directions
- Puree all the ingredients in the blender until smooth.
- Garnish with extra cookies pieces or pepitas (pumpkin seeds).
