    Pumpkin Fudge

    Prep Time: 20 mins

    Total Time: 50 mins

    1. 1 Combine milk, sugar, corn syrup, and salt in a heavy saucepan.
    2. 2 Cook over medium heat until mixture just reaches boiling stage.
    3. 3 Reduce heat to simmer and cook to 234 degrees F on candy thermometer.
    4. 4 Remove from heat and beat in pumpkin, butter, vanilla, and allspice.
    5. 5 Beat mixture with a wooden spoon until it becomes glossy.
    6. 6 Pour into a greased marble slab or stoneware platter and allow to cool.
    7. 7 Cut into squares.
