- 1 (1 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding
- 1 cup milk
- 1⁄4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ginger
- 1⁄2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 cups non-dairy whipped topping
- Mix instant pudding, milk, pumpkin, and spices.
- Beat on high one minute.
- Add whipped topping just until combined.
- Refrigerate until firm.
- Frost and fill cake of your choice.
