I made it to the recipe's exact directions, and it was not good. Flavors are okay, but texture of it wasn't good at all. Will not be repeating.
Made this recipe for Sunday Breakfast. The only alteration I made was to use 2% instead of almond milk. Don't think my bread was stale enough, cuz it was a tad satured with the mixture, so I left it on the griddle a little longer. Glad I tried it, but not a repeat breakfast in our house.
