Low fat pumpkin dessert. Tastes like pumpkin pie, only fluffier and less sinful.

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Crush graham crackers and mix with spray margarine until coated.
  3. Cover bottom of pie plate with graham cracker mixture; bake for 10 minutes. Cool.
  4. Combine pumpkin, pudding powder, and 1/2 container of Cool Whip in bowl.
  5. Fill cooled crust with pumpkin mixture.
  6. Cover with remaining Cool Whip.
  7. Dust with cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice.
