Bring out the best of fall's flavors with this super-easy pumpkin dip, perfect for enjoying with fresh apples.
- 177.44 ml reduced-fat cream cheese
- 118.29 ml packed brown sugar
- 118.29 ml canned pumpkin
- 9.85 ml maple syrup
- 2.46 ml ground cinnamon
- 24 apples, slices
- Place first 3 ingredients in a medium bowl, and beat with a mixer at medium speed until blended. Add syrup and cinnamon, and beat until smooth. Cover and chill 30 minutes. Serve with apples.
This was great! Super easy to make and full of great flavour! I used Granny Smith apples as I love their sharpness and I found they contrasted perfectly with the sweet dip. Very more-ish!
