Easy and can be used for pumpkin pie
- 2 cups pumpkin puree
- 3 eggs
- 1⁄2 cup cream
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- Beat eggs until blended. Then mix all ingredients together.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until cooked.
- Serve with lightly sweetened, softly whipped cream.
