These were very enjoyable and my family liked these pumpkin treats. The frosting was a bit of a challenge as a couple of minutes boil may not be enough time for sugars to reach the desired consistency. I made 2 batches of frosting as the 1st was too runny, therefore I had to cook it to thicken it up which resulted in more of a caramel type frosting. The second batch, I added a little less milk and cooked it longer which worked to what the frosting was meant to be (picture shows both). At least next time I'll know what to do, will also add a bit less baking soda (compensating with more baking powder) to diminish the soda taste a tad. Overall a nice way to enjoy a pumpkin treat. Thank you WhatamIgonnaeatnext? for sharing. Made it for Spring PAC 2014.
