These are yummy! I did not use Ginger, substituted with Nutmeg and added a little extra cinnamon. They were great. Will make again.
I am a pumpkin lover, and these pancakes were heavenly and I could really taste the pumpkin! I made them for breakfast and the warm pecan syrup was just perfect for the sweetness. Thanks for sharing this wonderful recipe!:)
Um wow! These are too good to be true! So easy and sooooo yummy! I used light Bisquick and substituted pumpkin pie spice for the ginger. Soo tasty!
these were absolutely delicious!! very very moist. the flavor is great- tastes like pumpkin but its not too strong. i also added some raisins which were a nice touch.

I loved these pancakes! I have tried a different pumpkin pancake recipe up here before, but I think this one was actually better. I did though add alittle more cinnamon and about 2 tablespoons of sugar (I like everything sweet). My Fiance really enjoyed the pencan syrup, which I added a little cinnamon too as well. All and all, these were great pancakes, and I probably will be making them again very soon. Thank you so much! Keep up the good work!
