We make these every fall because they are so easy. They make a nice muffin and are so yummy. We like them hot dusted with a bit of powdered sugar but are wonderful by themselves. Very moist. Can be a bit crumbly sometimes...I think it depends on the cake mix. Maybe play around with adding an egg or egg beaters to it. If you make it into 24 cookies or muffins (that are huge) it is 3 points each on Weight Watchers. Enjoy!
- 1 (18 1/4 ounce) box Duncan Hines Moist Deluxe Spice Cake Mix
- 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin
- 1 cup mini chocolate chip
- Mix all ingredients together. Drop as cookies or put in muffin tins and bake at 350 degrees for 15-25 minutes (Depending on oven, altitude, etc).
