My ds dubbed these "cakies" because they're more cake-like than regular cookies. They've become one of our favorite fall treats!

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Mix oil, pumpkin, sugar, and egg.
  3. Add in vanilla and mix.
  4. Add flour, cinnamon, and chocolate chips and mix.
  5. Drop by spoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheet.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  7. Makes about 3 dozen cookies.
