- 2 cups pumpkin puree (100% pure)
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1⁄2 cup self-rising flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1⁄2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Combine the pumpkin, evaporated milk, sugar, flour, eggs, vanilla, melted butter and ground cinnamon to taste. Pour into a casserole dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour.
- BEFORE YOU PUT THE MIX IN THE BAKING DISH WHIRL IT AROUND IN THE BLENDER FIRST SO WHEN IT COMES OUT OF THE OVEN IT WILL BE SMOOTH.
