ingredients

• 4 eggs
• 394.39 ml sugar
• 9.85 ml vanilla
• 236.59 ml oil
• 473.18 ml canned pumpkin
• 236.59 ml flour
• 236.59 ml whole wheat pastry flour
• 4.92 ml baking soda
• 9.85 ml baking powder
• 9.85 ml pumpkin pie spice
• 4.92 ml salt
• 2.46 ml cinnamon
• 236.59 ml raisins
• 236.59 ml nuts

• Frosting

• 368.54 g cream cheese
• 118.29 ml soft butter
• 4.92 ml vanilla
• 473.18 ml powdered sugar

directions

1. Beat together eggs,Sugar,Vanilla,oil & pumpkin.
2. Add dry ingredients and mix well.
3. Fold in raisins and nuts.
4. Bake in a lightly oiled 9x12 pan
5. @ 350 25-30 Minutes or until a tooth pick inserted into center comes out clean.
6. Let cool before Frosting.
7. Frosting: beat together: cream cheese, soft butter, vanilla.
8. add powdered sugar, if too stiff add a little milk.
