- 236.59 ml heavy cream
- 177.44 ml solid pack canned pumpkin
- 118.29 ml whole milk
- 118.29 ml sugar
- 2 large eggs, plus
- 1 egg yolk
- 1.23 ml salt
- 2.46 ml ground cinnamon
- 1.23 ml ground ginger
- 0.61 ml ground allspice
- 0.25 ml ground cloves
- 1182.95 ml one inch cubed day old baguette or 1182.95 ml crusty French bread
- 29.57 ml unsalted butter, melted
directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F with rack inches.
- Whisk together cream, pumpkin, milk, sugar, eggs, yolk, salt and spices in bowl.
- Toss bread cubes with butter in another bowl,then add pumpkin mixture and toss to coat.
- Transfer to an ungreased 8-inch square baking dish and bake until custard is set, 25 to 30 minutes.
