  1. I appreciated seeing a smoothie recipe using pumpkin. We added 2 tablespoons of honey. I had to coerce my kids to even drink half. I think this would be better suited to someone who drinks smoothies for health rathr than taste. I am thinking of using as a breakfast smoothie for myself but I have to check the fat.

  2. I was looking for a way to use up some canned pumpkin when I stumbled upon this drink. Although it initially struck me as a somewhat unusual combination of ingredients, I decided to give it a shot and was pleasantly suprised by the result. I added a bit of sugar and would suggest that others do likewise, but other that that it was a very good drink. I especially enjoyed the texture- cold creamy like a milkshake... minus the calories! I would definately make it again.

  3. Had this drink this morning. It was alright if you dont like sweet drinks like me, but if you like your smoothies to be on the sweet side you really would need to add some sugar, or honey definetly. I used skim 1 cup skim milk, 1 banana, and about a little less than 1/4 cup pumpkin to serve one. Good smoothie if you dont have an extreme sweet tooth.

  4. Thick and Frothy! I made a third of the recipe. I think honey or sugar would be good to add to this. Or better yet ice cream. Also up the spices. I blended with ice cubes.
