pumpkin and potato crisp avocado and egg dip

Directions

  1. mix your pumpkin with the mashed potato, add some butter and milk and lay on a shallow ovenproof pie dish.
  2. Make it even then score deeply with a fork to make a nice pattern.
  3. drizzle some olive oil and fresh grated nutmeg.
  4. Grill until crisp and golden mash ripe avocado and eggs until smoothish, add some seasonings and just eat with crudities or grissini or toast fingers at a buffet or as a starter.
