We had this tonight and it was absolutely delicious. I made a couple of changes. I cooked it indoors as its cold here in NZ at the moment. I baked a 5 lb shoulder roast at 130 deg C for 7 1/2 hrs, basting it every couple of hours. When making the bbq sauce I added some liquid smoke to it. This is the first time we've ever had pulled pork before and this recipe is definitely a keeper. Thanks, Its all good.
