I make this recipe often (with Cider Vinegar Barbecue Sauce for Cider-Vinegar Barbecue Sauce and #317641 for Cole Slaw) I put the pork roast in my crock pot on high and let it cook all day. It is done when the meat falls apart easily. After I've pulled the pork, I pour about half the barbecue sauce in and stir it up. To serve, I use potato hamburger buns and pile on the pulled pork and cole slaw. Everyone loves it!
